Where we are focusing our work this year.
These six priorities guide the Southeast Region's strategy, partnerships, and investment in 2026. Every chapter initiative and regional program connects to one of these areas.
Virtual Resource Center
Build and maintain a shared digital space for regional collaboration, making documents, tools, and communication accessible to every chapter, regardless of geography.
Membership Growth
Grow chapter membership and national UBE affiliation through intentional outreach, streamlined onboarding, and clear value for new and lapsed members.
Youth Mentorship Model
Develop a replicable mentorship framework that connects young adults of African descent with clergy, lay leaders, and professionals across the region.
Grant Funding Support
Identify and pursue grant opportunities that support regional initiatives. Equip chapters with resources and guidance to pursue their own funding independently.
HBCU Partnerships
Deepen relationships with Historically Black Episcopal Universities to create pathways for students into the Episcopal Church, UBE, and vocational discernment.
Digital Literacy Training
Provide accessible digital literacy training for older adult members so that no one is left behind as the region grows its online presence and tools.
These priorities only move forward through the work of our chapters and members.
